Terms of Service

1. Services
Picture Perfect HHI ("Company," "we," "us") provides professional installation, assembly, furniture placement, and delivery services for residential and commercial clients based in the Lowcountry region of South Carolina, with service available beyond.
2. Scheduling & Appointments
All appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via phone or email. We make every effort to arrive at the agreed-upon time and will communicate promptly if any delays arise.
3. Pricing & Payment
Our standard rates are as follows:
- 1-Man Crew: $100 per hour
- 2-Man Crew: $200 per hour
- Minimum Charge: $150 per job
- Overtime Rate: 1.5x standard rate for jobs exceeding 8 hours or for weekend appointments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major digital payment methods.
4. Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $100 applies to any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
5. Liability & Insurance
Picture Perfect HHI is fully licensed and insured. We take every precaution to protect your property during service. In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our work, we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to items, walls, or surfaces
- Damage caused by defective products or materials not supplied by us
- Structural issues or hidden conditions behind walls, ceilings, or floors
- Items that are improperly packaged by the client or third-party shipper
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, providing accurate information about the scope of work, and disclosing any known structural or property conditions that may affect service delivery.
7. Warranty
We stand behind our work. If you notice an issue with our installation or assembly within 30 days of service, contact us and we will return to address it at no additional cost, provided the issue is a direct result of our workmanship.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
